I often ask organizations this simple question. Would you buy from you?
Oftentimes their answer is "I don't know." Well if you aren't sure… why in the world would anyone else feel confident to buy from you?
So… I challenge us all to think of "why" others would choose our organization over the many other options they have. And– there are many options!
Here is the challenge… Can you– without mentioning the words– price, service OR quality… share so what, why you, who cares?
Why should someone choose your company (products and services) over all the other similar choices? Do you ever think about that? If not you should.
The leaders and companies that can most effectively communicate their value proposition are able to answer this "why" question.
So… I ask again– what is your why? If you were in the buying role… would you buy from you?
