Ryan has been married to his wife Lara for 29 years, and together they have three amazing daughters—Kelsey, McKenna, and Brooke. He is deeply committed to family, faith, education, community, mentoring, and serving others. Ryan is also a sports enthusiast, loves meaningful conversations, and believes great leadership always starts with great communication.
