Do you know that what you focus on is what you will feel? It is true. If you tell yourself something enough you will believe it.Also, are brain does not undersatnd the word NOT. For example, if you tell yourself that you should stop eating cookies (your brain actually hears- THAT YOU SHOULD EAT cookies). So, again what you focus on is what you feel, and see.
